No tracking documentation sent for me to follow-up

Here I am again complaining about the bad service from Aramex. In January I bought items from Mango which were shipped by Aramex. I then needed to return one item and filled in the online form on the Mango website and packed my box for collection. In the first week of Feb 2016, on the 2nd, a driver named Jan came to fetch my parcel. He insisted on a waybill and pro-forma invoice and I told him I do not have those documents as Mango does not say that the person returning the items needs to create any documents. Jan took my parcel and did not provide me with any reference number for the collection and told me my parcel would not be shipped until I have those docs. I then called Aramex customer service and spoke to an agent(Riaan) who has been promising to send me the tracking details for my return until today. Its been two full weeks I have no idea where my parcel is and this is a return that I am expecting a refund on and I made this known. Will Aramex re-reimburse my R299 if the 30 days period lapses while my item is in their possession? If you fail to do that please return my item to me ASAP that is my money that is floating in the vicious cycle of Aramex shipments.
