NO SERVICE/CONTACT AT ALL FOR MORE THAN A MONTH FROM ARAMEX!!!!

I have 3 (three) parcels that needs to be delivered, eg : ***, *** & *** One as far back as May 2020 - Cannot get hold of anybody by e-mail, telephone call or e-mail. These parcels were posted in the USA - Parcel # *** Big Problems!!!! (Aramex alleged that they did not receive the parcel but I have proof that they have signed for the parcel and have received it!!! - Who will refund me for losing this parcel?) I have ALREADY PAID for their services twice for each parcel (Their fee & Customs Fee) and DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICE AT ALL NOR ANY FEEDBACK, Are SARS aware that Aramex have received the money for custom clearance but to date I have not received the goods nor proof that SARS have been paid?
