No service Parcel stuck at customs for 17 days no one response

I called, ive emailed been in contact with Katleho Motloung, she does not bother to answer my emails at all parcel *** arrived 1 March 2021 and is still being held at customs I have sent through the necessary documents that was initially asked on 1 March still no reply after I sent numerous emails and called in multiple times.
