No service or accountability, profit in any way possible

One wonders if Aramex is a government subsidiary. My Mom sent a hand-made jersey to me with a bunch of goodies for my 50th birthday. Aramex managed to deliver it two months late, burnt and melted. It would seem as if the parcel was directly exposed to the vehicle exhaust system. The collected the damaged parcel after a week or two, and then ahve not bothered to contact me. I have been pgoning regularly for seven months, always told that they are still investigating.

Today I have been told that the parcel was not insured and that they have no obligation to return the dmaged parcel that they collected, neither do they have any obligation to compensate me in any way.

It is clear that Aramex, as a copmany, have NO code of etheics, do not understand accountability, and bear no shame in their lack of desire to satisfy the legitimate requirements of a paying customer.

They are happy to receive money and not deliver the service for which they have been paid.

This is shocking and unaceptable behaviour in a civilised society, precedented only by our government.

I would suggest that you think twice before utilising the services of any Aramex company.

I have not logged on here for a long time, so did not update this. Thought you might like to know that your agent did contact me - to tell me that they would not resolve the problem. I have subsequently avoided all dealings with Aramex and it's subsidiaries. I prefer not to do business with dishonest people.
