No service! No calls answered! No e-mails answered! Aramex is the worst!!!

We are highly frustrated with Aramex South Africa We have a parcel stuck at customs. No invoice received. We’ve been using four phones the last four days constantly trying to get a hold of the customs department. We will be writing a letter to SHEIN to request they end their contract with Aramex. The SHEIN service is amazing. Aramex is a HUGE fail!!!
