No service from Aramex Gobal Shopper

I've had a really bad experience with Aramex Global Shopper. Had something to be delivered from China - arrived at their China Offices end Feb.

First it got lost there in China at the airport, then it was found again, then it was stuck in customs here in SA, then it was lost here in SA, then apparently stuck in customs again, and now finally lost again.

Through all of this, there was no communication from their side. I've sent numerous emails and online queries, with only some of them receiving one or two liner responses.

For the second time during the last 4 months I've been promised a refund, but I've not heard anything for the last month.
