No service

Naught stars if option was there.

I handed in a parcel on 23/12/2020 at just before 9am for 24hr delivery after it was confirmed that it will be delivered on time. On 24th I enquired about the parcel whereafter I was informed that it will only be delivered from 28th. This is pathetic!!!!! Unacceptable. You think you're the only 24hr courier?????

I will never make use of your service again. Aramex caused a lot of tears to my daughter. You will regret this!!!!!!
