No service and no communication

The one hand has no clue what the other is doing. They deliver one of two parcels from the same order to the designated delivery address, but manage to send the second parcel to another province, which needed to be rerouted to Johannesburg again, then are unable to communicate after this at all and then tell me I must go to my office and wait for delivery on a Saturday, when my offices are closed. I have requested for the change of address for the delivery to my home address today, but now there are only the noise of crickets. Shocking. I will contact Nike, their business partner too and give my performance feedback to them. We will never make use off them for business or personal use at all in future and the word will spread
