No service

I have sent a parcel from Alberton on 05/08/2019 to be delivered to Bloemfontein the next day. Today is 10/08/2019 and parcel still not delivered. I have tried countless times to contact them, but my calls never gets answered. This is not the first time it is happening, but be assured, it will be the last time. The service is POOR, POOR, POOR!!!
