NO SERVICE

I had sent a parcel from PTA to Coligny(220km) the parcel was out for delivery on 12.03.2025 and it has been since then till 14.03.2025 and still not delivered and told it will be delivered on Monday of the following week.When I asked for the contact details of the person who has to deliver I was denied.I asked that they conference call me and the courier still they refused.I am paying for this service and at the end I need to be begging for help clearly Aramex does not value me as a customer.
