No service

No one answers when I call to query my international parcel.

I have sent an email and left a message via the app. When I called for the third time I was referred to Katlego but after 30 minutes on the line for the 3rd time I dropped the call. This parcel has been here for 3 weeks already and no one made contact other than one call I missed and a sms Parcel ********** 5645
