No responsibility taken for parcels

I have a small business and I use multiple couriers to send items. Aramex is by far the worst. They lost multiple of my parcels, stated that the drivers were ****** and that they do not offer insurance for lost or ****** parcels. Simply got a call stating my parcel was gone and sorry for me. Absolutely ridiculous that they take no responsibility for parcels being lost on their behalf. Will never ever ever use Aramex again.
