no response

Zero response, recieved SMS stating that my parcel had arrived, with email address, mailed the person in question, once, twice, three and four times, no response, one mail was deleted on their side without being read, called - spoke to someone - who said I must contact with the person whose details I was given in the sms - then tried to complain on the website, and that does not work, AWB ***, please let me know what it appears to be easier to walk to Bloemfontein backwards on my hands than it is to get a parcel out of Aramex ?
