No resolution in sight & no recourse!

So my saga continues & to date my parcel has still not been delivered to my business address. Every day Aramex assures me it will be resolved & to date my customer is suffering hundred of rands of damages whilst Aramex does not deliver the parcel to us. I just don't know what do anymore because they refuse to refer me to a manager I can speak to & I can only report them to ICASA after 14 days which will expire this coming Monday. In the interim it has become a repetative frustrating daily argument with no resolution in sight. You may read my post of the 27th May 2023...my battle continues. I will however make sure that everyone knows of their disgustingly poor service & ensure that no one I know utilises their services ever!
