No parcel still

We have been waiting for a parcel since the 4th of February and have called them repeatedly sometimes twice a day to get feedback only to be told today is my lucky day that it is coming but it never pitches up. We have a meeting today at 2 pm and needed the docs for the meeting so I would advise you if you need to use this service for important things to rather choose another alternate service.
