No parcel received!one month later

One star is too high of a rating !!!waiting for an order for exactly one month. Called the Aramex offices three times yesterday .Call one was with Shamila who said payment was not made ?which is incorrect, I was advised that the accounts department will send the invoice 24 hours later still no invoice! Call number two I spoke to Riaz who then also said no payment was made, he then blindly transferred me to another lady who advised me that that the invoice will be sent to me by 16:30pm yesterday and still nothing!!!!!
