NO Parcel Delivery In Jhb

Ordered previous week a parcel from Pretoria and was destined to be delivered on Friday 25 August 2017. Special Instruction during delivery was to ring the bell at gate.

Parcel was NOT delivered on Friday because of a 'time constraint' placed by us. Since when is a request to ring a bell, a time constraint to deliver a parcel ?

After numerous calls to Jhb office, and 4 days later, still NO PARCEL !

Tried to speak to head of customer service today (Hein ?) just to be told that he left already (16:20). Then tried to speak to CEO (Tyron ?) to be told he is at Cape Town office. Phoned Cape Town office just to be told he is based in Jhb. What the hell ??? !!!

The WORST, UNPROFESSIONAL courier company !!!

Next step will be to open na ***** and theft case against Aramex for *****ing our money for courier charges and our parcel.
