No joy

Ordered through Amazon. Received an email saying that process is delayed as additional info is needed from Customer (me). Have phoned 3x now only to be told that all is in order. Yet still shows on tracking as 9 Feb, awaiting instructions from Customer. Pathetic service. I won't use Amazon again if they use Aramex......
