No feedback from Aramex

Sent a package with Aramex on the 7th of October 2020. The package has been intransit since the 8th of October. Absolutely no feedback from Aramex. This is appalling as they are supposed to be a reputable business. Please avoid using Aramex as they are the absolute worst at keeping paying customers updated on progress.
