Morning

I am expecting an urgent parcel with tracking number ********** 6894.

The status is On Hold - Payment not Ready / Delivery Rescheduled.

But nobody from your office phones me to indicate the amount I need to pay.

I phoned this morning and told the operator the package is urgent but I am not getting help about the amount I need to pay or the account I need to pay it in. She promised they will email me all the necessary documents.

I waited. Nothing.

I NEED TO PAY SO THAT THIS PARCEL GETS TO ME URGENTLY, BUT NOT ONLY ARE YOU PEOPLE NOT CONTACTING ME, I AM ALSO NOT GETTING THROUGH TO YOU.

In the meantime you are just holding on to my package!!!!

Please DO SOMETHING!!!! PLEASE SEND ME THE INVOICE!!!
