No delivery since last year 23 December 2021

On the 23 December 2021 my parcel was said to have been out for delivery (overnight delivery) . Lies told ; delivery failed, the agent could not get hold of me...Lies.... I still haven't received my parcel.... Its been at delivery office over 3 times. Bottom line I still dont have my parcel. Every customer care agent tells a different story... Even the online tracking is also a ****... Won't ever use this service... Even pep paxi 7-9 working days is cheaper and faster than this aramex store to door nonsense.
