No delivery or assistance from aramex

Aramex couriers <br> I dropped the parcel in the 31/22/15 In Brakenfell capetown to be del in klerksdorp after the lady confirmed they will be working on the 1st Jan 2016.... only to be notify on monday 04/01/2016 that the parcel is only collected on the 4th ive called more than 20 times only today the lady named Trwea in capetown branch told me it will be del before 17h00 the 6th Jan now its 18:36pm the call centre doesnt answer and i still dont have my parcell, ive called her before 18:00 again wich she promissed to call me back again and after i called the call centre the guy there said she has left already.????? Wheres my parcell??????
