No delivery of parcel and no update

No delivery on my purchase bought on 15 November

I have not yet received my parcel from Aramex , the updates says the parcel is in Johanessburg , I even paid customs thinking it will be delivered after that , it is now 2 weeks and when I call I'm told my parcel is in China , no exact answer as to when I will have it . I already received ,my parcel from another courier which was also bought on the same day from the same shopping website .

I want my parcel from this company that does not take customers serious .
