NO DELIVERY- NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I sent a parcel on the 19th December and tracking still shows "tracking" as we speak, 28th Dec 2021. I was told that the parcel will arrive on a Tuesday 23rd December. It's another week and literally approaching another YEAR!!!!

My son didn't have Christmas clothes and I look like an irresponsible parent because of aramex. I STILL WANT MY PARCEL DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY!!!

They do not respond to customer service calls, nothing nothing at all! I'm so disappointed and would NEVER recommend this **** of a company.
