No delivery, no Customer Service - really poor service

Shipment marked as Out for Delivery at 07h30. No delivery, no calls to confirm or reschedule - and don't even try calling their Call Centre - 10 minutes just to get to someone who transfers you to their Customer Service (supposedly) - then it cuts off after another 10 mins... African service at its best! Please use Courier Guy - they are FAR more efficient.
