No delivery, no customer service.

For 2 days my order was on "out for delivery" status on your tracker. Each day the tracker updates to "Attempted delivery - delivery rescheduled". Where is my order? If Evetech continues to use you to deliver, I won't be buying from them again. I waited an hour on the phone to talk to someone but no one picked up.
