No delivery no correspondence

Today is day 7 I'm still waiting for delivery I have been calling Aramex from day 3 Nobody seems to know where my parcel ust they keep telling me about an agent they don't want to reveal. Um frustrated, the call centre service staff is useless. The bot online is annoying no real information. I hate Aramex
