No delivery for over 2 weeks

Hi. I am really disappointed in the service/customer service from Aramex. I have had a parcel delivered, that has been in customs since the 2 Feb. I have phoned the Aramex call centre 6 times and they have confirmed that all is cleared and that they would pick up the parcel and deliver in a couple of days. As of today and another phone call, I get bounced between your delivery and customs teams that make the same comment with no results. This is pathetic service and you should be informing me what the status is and not me chasing you as you have confirmed that delivery would happen. It has been 19 days since I first heard "it will be delivered" and yet nothing has been. Again a services company with no customer service. I will also let the international eCommerce company know of your lack if ability to deliver and hopefully they will cancel your contracts as you cannot meet your very own SLA with me as a customer.
