No delivery for 5 days!

Been waiting for a deliver for the past 5 days however when I enquire I get told that there were attempts to deliver however I was not available and that delivery has been rescheduled. This is a lie! When I spoke to the consultant over the phone, I was told that the driver came and the school was closed. What school? I stay at a house. Not a school! Stop lying to me and deliver the package immediately! How *********** are your drivers? Do you not provide them with navigation means? Why was I not called even after giving 2 cell numbers?
