no delivery for 13 days bad service from Aramex south africa cape town

my boyfriend sent me a parcel with aramex in cape town on the 16th February 2021 addressed to me. up to date on the 1 march i still haven't received my parcel,

my address is very clear that i live in the western cape but some how keeps ending up in Pretoria, someone did phone to confirm my address and said it will be delivered today still nothing

i would not recommend this company to anyone very bad service,
