No delivery, even though they said they tried to

We are awaiting a delivery. According to the track and trace on your website the delivery was "Attempted" this morning. However, no attempt was made as we have been home the whole day. No missed calls at any point. Your call centre is useless and doesn't even bother to pick up the phone. Postnet informs us that we can reroute the parcel to make an attempt again, but we have to pay extra for that. So basically, we have to pay extra because you messed up.
