No delivery communication at all

While I was at work; the complex security calls to say there is a delivery at the gate!!! And I was shocked ; at work because I was not expecting any delivery. This is ridiculous ; why didn’t you call before delivery to ensure there is someone at home??? You can’t just rock up like I am immobile!!
