No delivery 'cause driver didn't ring the flat! MOTHER'S DAY delivery not delivered!!

W*** - Order was due to be delivered today. Address clearly states we are apartment 2 at the block of flats. Due to someone not answering a phone, the delivery was sent back to the depot. This is a MOTHER'S DAY delivery, and will now only be delivered on MONDAY! Unacceptable!!

Instructions are given to be follow. If an address is a block of flats and it has a number, you are to RING THE BUZZER!
