No delivery and tracking update read “Hijacked/******”

I’ve been waiting for my package since last year 22 December.. I’ve tried calling them several times with no answer. And now the tracking update says “******/Hijacked” . I don’t know what this means but I want my things!! Such terrible service! I regret using this courier company.
