No delivery and parcel destroyed

Aramex Johannesburg<br> <br> They were contracted to deliver a package to my house. When I called after two weeks as to its whereabouts I was told by the call center agent that two attempts had been made but no-one was home. I live in a secure estate where the guard house is manned 24 hours a day and they said that no one tried to make a delivery for me.<br> <br> I was told that a manager would call me back to arrange delivery. No return calls were made. After two further calls from my side I was assured that delivery would be made between 12:00 and 14:00 on the 28th of December 2015. No delivery was made.<br> <br> I have now contacted their call center today (2016/01/05) to be told that the package was destroyed on the 29th of December 2015!!!<br> <br> I asked to speak to a manager and after 5 minutes of holding I was cut off.<br> <br> This level of service is not acceptable.<br> <br> I expect a full refund from Aramex.<br>
