NO DELIVERY AND NO REPLIES

Aramex have been in possession of my parcel since 19 December 2019. I have been phoning and phoning and phoning for days. Nobody can tell me what is going on???? The customer service guys keep telling me that the operations manager will contact me. Why Contact Me?????? Why not just deliver my items I paid for?????? I keep phoning with NO ANSWER where and what is happening with my parcel. This was meant to reach me the 20th as it was overnight and its the 27th now and I as we speak I am phoning the Pretoria Branch and no answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
