No delivery

I am waiting for a parcel from Aramex the whole day, only now at almost 16:00 I call the call center and apparently there was a note made at 7:00 to say ‘add delivery surburb’ no one followed it up, of which if you enter that adress on a gps you will easily find it, code is there, auburn is there. No one called to verify the address
