No delivery

My delivery is still sitting in Cape Town - has been since early afternoon on 24/12/2018. I’ve checked again now and the package has not moved. Got a good mind to cancel the order with the retailer and Aramex can just return the item to them. Useless logistics and they’ll use Christmas as an excuse despite nothing happening the entire morning today
