no delivery

I put a package into aramex store to door delivery box on 23\01\2018 at approximately 9 am. Normally my package would have been delivered by the 24\01\2018 before 12 but this didn't happen. When I checked the online tracking I saw that package was out for delivery but at the end of day it changed to on hold, to be delivered on next business day. Today 25\01\2018 I was told package still not delivered. I called the branch in river horse valley and was told the guy would get back to me, I called an hour later, he said he was waiting feedback, he called me later on to say he still couldn't get any information as to where my package was but that bad weather prevented delivery yesterday. The website tracking has not been updated since yesterday. Very bad service and so disappointing as I thought aramex was a trustworthy company, not to mention I'm still not sure where my package is, only that it hasn't been delivered
