No delivery

Hi

I am really disappointed Infact one might say irate with the company

I'm currently staying in Johannesburg , ennerdale to be specific from eastern cape, my parcel was sent to aramex on Monday it is now Thursday and I have still not received my parcel ,I've contacted the call center Monday and Tuesday and now today to inform of the urgency of this parcel as I need it for my audition today at 1pm I was assured it would be here by Wednesday. Today I called the call center to inform them that I can not do my audition without this this would mean I've arrived from the eastern cape all for nothing

The only response is that " we can not contact third party unfortunately " and I should've read the terms and condition , I'm outskirt soooooooo

When I ask that it be delivered to a company ( will not name) which is outskirts Butterworth rural area I got my delivery in two days but because I am and individual Araex will not prioritize me,

This complaint is not about the parcel but about the opportunities I will miss , the customer service I've received , the mistreatment one gets because I'm not from a huge corporate company or not staying in the suburbs

To make matters worse the call center agent informed me my details on the waybill had not even been captured , they can't contact their third party and there's nothing they can do yet this is their image they need to uphold yet they can't even control their outsourced logistics company

I would never ever advice people to use their service , I beg people never to use this service it's appalling
