No Delivery
I am appealed at the service from Aramex East London. After sending my daughter's birth certificate on Thursday 16 July overnight to Johannesburg so she could use it to fly to east london on Sunday, the parcel has still not been delivered. I was assured by Deon Liebenberg from the EL office that he would make sure it arrived by saturday and that he would be on duty on that day but there was no response on the office line and so I called the joburg office where I was merely told that the parcel had been handed over to a third party courier for delivery. I have now forfeited 50% of the SAA airfare and my daughter now has to miss 2days of school. Disgusting service, first and last time using them or anyone else I know for that matter!
As per our telephonic conversation, please accept our sincere apology for the service you received from Aramex.
Kindly be advised that that shipment was handed to our third party for delivery as the area in which the shipment was being delivered is service by our third agent.
At Aramex we strive to deliver excellent customer service and this matter will be escalated to the department managers for further investigation and the necessary corrective actions will be taken to prevent the above from reoccurring .
