No Delivery
Good Evening <br> <br> I would like to complain about the service received from the above company, as of today I have not yet received my parcel and I have spoken to 4 different people in the company sending me from pillar to post and putting me on hold, what really made me angry today was when I called the supervisor and before we finish the conversation he dropped the phone on my ear.<br> <br> The driver who was sent to deliver the parcel parked @ the disabled parking and when the security guards requested him to park on the vacant parking he got angry and left with the parcel and told his supervisor that they security guards refused for him to enter the premises as he is not disabled.<br> <br> I Would like the matter to be escalated to the superiors of the company and my parcel to be delivered tomorrow.<br> <br> These are name of the consultants I have communications with earlier.<br> Lerato, Phumza, Andrew, Teboho.<br> <br> Thanks <br> <br>
