No customer support.

Waiting on an item from overseas. Tracking number says it’s on hold in JHB and that customer (me) must get ahold of them for further information. I have tried numerous times, calls never get answered, no one to email. WhatsApp and Facebook bot just says they are busy and you never get through to anyone. How on earth does the CEO / Directors / Managers and staff even sleep at night knowing that they do not provide any customer satisfaction. Terrible - will never use Aramex again. I hope I receive my parcel.
