No customer service!!

This parcel has been in South Africa since 12 Dec. I tried numerous times to contact you and no one seems to be able to help me... (Various mails that no one even respond to)

I order from overseas very regular and this service is unacceptable...

Usually I get my commercial invoice from the courier to pay Before it even arrives in our countrY from all the other courier companies!
