No communication/no delivery from Aramex Global Shopper

This is regarding Aramex Global Shopper.

According to the tracking information, my package has been sitting at the Aramex head office since the 23rd.

9 days ago, on the 29th of December I emailed Aramex to find out when my package will be delivered. I have not received any response or communication from them, even after following up...TWICE!

You cannot blame Covid for this, I am also currently receiving packages from DHL and FedEx and they respond within a day!
