No communication No package

My parcel was detained by customs at the airport in December. When Aramex was supposed to inform me that they sent a email to a non existent email address. Obviously they didn’t bother to check that the email has bounced and verify the email address. I had to call and waiting a long time before they could pick up and I correct them on my email. They then sent me what documents are required and I did send them back.

Fastfoward to Jan. I received a link to pay customs which I did and 3 days later no communication and no delivery of items. I had to call again and they are telling that now my parcel is scheduled for storage at workshop because I have not paid customs. Mind you the day after paying I sent Sakhile who was assisting me and email to advice on the next step since I paid but there was no response.

I was told to send the POP to Lebogang which I did and asked for acknowledgment of receipt but I didn’t get any response. At this point I’m not sure if I will even receive my package
