NO COMMUNICATION

I sent the parcel on Friday 23rd December. Postnet informed me that Aramex would collect and the parcel would leave that night and my boys would have it the day after Christmas. I sent my boys the tracking number and I tracked it. Then the tracking number indicated "missing documents"!!!!!

I tried to contact Aramex via their website without any success. I had to wait until December 28 to reach Postnet who was not even aware the parcel was still in SA. She called me back to say that Aramex told her the perfume could not go as it was flammable. NO phone calls to me!!!! It has been almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting for them to return my parcel to me! My question is: can these courier companies not train Postnet staff on what is allowed and what is not allowed. No. They waste my time. My boys did not get their Christmas presents, thanks to the distinct lack of- communication and incompetence of ARAMEX!
