No co operation and no release

<p>brought a parcel down from.phillipenes via aramex. Size of a tissue box.less than 500g.</p> <p>Forst place they dnt reapond to calls or emails. Takes years to get a quote from dem. Absolutely layed back amd reluctant staff.</p> <p>Staff r nt equipped with knowledge and have to fone head office in jhb for information on how to help amd deal woth courier needs.</p> <p>I was tld vaguely to send a commercial inv and as wen they need documentation they fone u . Dey dnt gve u a break down or explain procedure n neither do they advise u about customs and their duty charges for ur item.</p> <p>I sent a combined commercial inv . (A very vague statement) Goods came down .k got whacked with a bill for R3600.</p> <p>I explained i nly brought dwn selected items from combined inv worth R400. I explaoned its aramexs fault coz they should have notified me they needed an inv for goods brought by them nly. I would have gt that in d first place. Thought they wil confirm with me whick items were gona b brought n loase with customs. Now im tld pay up R3600 they wil see if they can get a refund. Or not. And atill no parvel amd now my parcel wil have to go through d entire checking process again. Never wil i deal with aramex . And whats worse they dont come forward to help solve the misunderstanding. </p>
