No Aramex bags at Freshstop Lansdowne corner Mall, even after requesting weeks ago.

Could Aramex please allocate some bags to Freshstop Lansdowne corner mall in Cape Town. I have asked the management of Freshstop to please request bags aswell, which he has already done and said he is waiting for a few weeks on Aramex to drop off some bags. This is extremely frustrating, as I often use Aramex, but know have to make use of other couriers which is more inconvenient.
