Nightmare!

In my life I have never received such bad service as with Aramex. The receiver bought the items to take with her on her trip to Zambia. The items were specially made for her pregnant daughter she will be visiting. She hasn’t see her daughter in 10 years. And will not see her daughter again soon. We made sure to send the parcel way in advance. Long story short… Aramex managed to mess up everything that until TODAY (almost two weeks later) have not delivered! This was personal knowing how much this parcel meant for the receiver. Meanwhile at the ranch Aramex barely helps to solve the issue and we get daily excuses that driver will deliver “tomorrow”. This is 7 tomorrow’s now.

I am truly shocked with their lack of support! Believe me, I will spread the word on how ridiculous Aramex is and operates.
